Meet Siobhan
Siobhan Claesson is an Australian-born education and communications specialist based in Sweden, with over 25 years of international experience in higher education and strategic communication. She is the founder of Leave No One Behind, where she leads training, digital learning, and engagement initiatives for UN agencies, NGOs, universities, and international organisations. Her work focuses on inclusive, accessible learning and capacity building, supporting diverse learners and global teams. Siobhan has held academic and teaching roles, including as a university lecturer and Cambridge English examiner and brings a background in intercultural communication, language training. Earlier in her career, she worked in public relations, media, and government communications across Australia, the UK, and Denmark.

Originally from Australia who has made Sweden her home for the past 25 years is an educator, instructional designer & communication specialist with a wealth of experience. Her journey began in PR & Marketing, internationally where her passion for visual design & communication, leading her to transition into teaching & training more than two decades ago. Her website development skills further complement her ability to craft dynamic digital solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
As a learning expert, Siobhan employs a unique teaching methodology that integrates visual design principles to enhance engagement & understanding. Her deep expertise in effective communication across diverse platforms has made her a valued partner for clients, including multinational corporations, NGOs, universities, non-profits, UN agencies & startups. Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, is a University of Cambridge qualified English Language Teacher & a certified Intercultural Communications Trainer. Known for her hands-on approach, collaborative mindset & genuine determination to helping others succeed, Siobhan continues to inspire, and uplift those around her.
