About
Most organisations don't need more content — they need the right content, built for a specific problem and a specific audience.
Leave No One Behind closes that gap by combining education, communication, and digital design — turning knowledge into learning people actually use: a curriculum that changes what someone can do, a campaign that reaches the people it's meant for, a course people finish not just start.

Meet Siobhan
Siobhan is the founder of Leave No One Behind an Australian who has lived in Sweden for over twenty years, and has spent thirty years working on the same problem from two directions.
She began in communications — advertising in Melbourne, national public affairs in Canberra, a press office in London — and moved into education in 2002, where she stayed: corporate language programmes, multilingual classrooms, and three years lecturing master's students at a UN university.
That combination is the reason Leave No One Behind exists. Knowing how to build a message and knowing how someone actually learns are two different skills, and they usually sit in two different buildings. She is also a web and visual designer, and builds the sites, identities and materials her projects need rather than briefing them out — which is why a course, its platform and the campaign around it arrive looking like one thing.
Her approach is practical, collaborative and hands-on. She works directly with the people who will use what she builds, leads every project herself, and brings in specialists where a brief genuinely calls for one.
